The Bayelsa state chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has raised an alarm over what the party describes as ''a plot by the All Progressives Congress (APC) to rig the upcoming election in the state." The PDP made the allegation in a statement released to newsmen in Yenagoa and signed by state secretary of the PDP, Honourable Godspower Keku.
