A former ally of President Muhammadu Buhari, Buba Galadima has said the All Progressives Congress (APC) was divided over the selection of its presidential candidate in the 2023 election. Speaking while featuring on AIT’s ‘Focus Nigeria’ programme on Wednesday, the former APC stalwart said the ruling party cannot reach a consensus on its candidate for the election.
Galadima said four members of the political party, two each from the north and south, have made an agreement to support each other.

The Minister of State for Labour and Employment, Festus Keyamo (SAN), has condemned the murder of Olajide, the younger brother of human rights activist, Omoyele Sowore, by kidnappers. Naija News earlier reported that Sowore had announced that his younger brother was shot dead near Okada town in Edo State on Saturday morning.
According to the former presidential candidate, Olajide was coming back from school (Igbinedion University), where he is studying Pharmacy.
